Agreement

By using this website or booking a stay for your dog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a stay.

Our services

Harvest Stay & Play provides dog sitting and boarding in Harvest, Alabama. Current rates are listed on this site. We reserve the right to update pricing, and the rate confirmed at the time of your booking is the rate you pay.

Vaccination requirements

All dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before your dog's first stay. We cannot board dogs that are not up to date on these vaccinations, with no exceptions.

Health and behavior

Your dog should be in good health and free of contagious illness at the time of drop-off. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns (such as aggression toward people or other animals) before booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we believe we cannot safely care for your dog.

Veterinary emergency authorization

By booking a stay, you authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your dog if we believe it is needed and cannot reach you first. You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before authorizing treatment, using the phone number you provided at booking.

Liability for illness or injury

We take every precaution to keep your dog safe, but boarding involves interaction with new environments and routines. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for illness, injury, or accidental harm that occurs despite reasonable care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that stay. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

What you provide

Please bring your dog's food, any medications with clear instructions, and one or two familiar items (such as a blanket or toy). Make sure your dog has a collar with ID tags.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or change your dates, please contact us as soon as possible by text, call, or direct message. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before drop-off receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of drop-off may forfeit the deposit. No-shows without notice forfeit any deposit paid.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website. That includes submitting false booking requests, attempting to disrupt the site, or using the site for anything unlawful.

Services provided "as is"

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
